How to Order
1)Choose the item(s) that you would like/wish to purchase
2)Then, please send an email to thecottonaddict@gmail.com
3)However, before you send the email to us, please ensure that you've stated the below items in the email
a. Item Code (example: TCA#1 - EC01)
b. Full Name
c. Delivery Address
d. HP No
e. If you choose COD (Cash on Delivery) method, a minimum deposit amount of RM20 is required for each item and please take note that the deposit is not refundable. This is to avoid back-outs by irresponsible customers. COD location is depending on where TheCottonAddict team is located at that point of time
4)Right after we've received your order via email, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours (order item is subject to stock availability)
5)Once you've received the invoice from us, please make the payment to our CIMB or Maybank account within 24 hours. If we do not receive any payment after this period, we assume that you are no longer interested to make the purchase with us
6)Please send the proof of payment to our email at thecottonaddict@gmail.com for our verification purposes
7)After we've done the verification at our end, we will deliver your order via Pos Laju between 1-2 working days and you will receive a receipt as well as Pos Laju reference no for your safekeeping
Terms & Conditions
1)Based on first come first serve basis and Serious Buyers only
2)Invoice, payment method and receipt will be issued via email only. Any back-outs after the invoice being issued by us, you will be blacklisted for any future deals
3)Our prices is very reasonable and affordable. Strictly no further bargains is allowed
4)All stated prices in the blog DOES NOT include postage fees by Pos Laju, All this cost must be bear by the customers unless stated otherwise
- For Peninsular Malaysia, RM6 is chargeable for the 1st item, and RM2 is applicable for each item in the same parcel
- For Sabah & Sarawak, RM8 is chargeable for the 1st item, and RM4 is applicable for each item in the same parcel
- For other location such as Singapore, Brunei and etc, the delivery cost is based on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased
5)All purchase(s) made by our customers are FINAL. Items SOLD is NOT exchangeable, refundable, or returnable
6)Colors of the fabric may varies from the actual item due to lighting, flash, or screen display. However, the team will ensure that there's only minimal difference between the original fabric color and the photo
7)The delivery is only via Pos Laju or COD at certain location where TheCottonAddict team is
8)Reservation or booking is allowed with a deposit of RM20 each for 2 days only. Thereafter, it shall be released to next customer in queue, and the deposit placement will be burnt
