Cara Membuat Pesanan
1)Pilih kain cotton yang anda inginkan

2)Kemudian, sila hantarkan emel kepada thecottonaddict@gmail.com

3)Sebelum anda menghantar emel tersebut kepada kami, sila pastikan bahawa item seperti di bawah telah dinyatakan di dalam email

a.  Kod Pilihan Kain (sebagai contoh: TCA#1 - EC01)
b.  Nama Penuh
c.  Alamat Penghantaran
d.  No HP
e. Jikalau anda memilih COD, deposit sebanyak RM20 diperlukan untuk setiap pesanan kain, dan deposit ini tidak akan dipulangkan sekiranya proses jual beli secara COD tidak terjadi. Ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengelakkan kejadian seperti penarikan diri berlaku. Tempat COD bergantung kepada di mana kami berada pada ketika itu

4)Sejurus selepas kami menerima pesanan anda melalui emel, kami akan menghantar kepada anda invois dalam tempoh masa 24jam (tertakluk kepada stok kami)

5)Setelah anda menerima invois daripada kami, sila lakukan pembayaran terus ke akaun CIMB atau Maybank kami dalam masa 24jam. Selepas daripada tempoh ini, kami menganggap anda tidak lagi berminat untuk meneruskan pembelian dengan kami

6)Sila kemukan bukti pembayaran yang telah anda lakukan ke emel kami di thecottonaddict@gmail.com bagi tujuan pengesahan

7)Setelah pengesahan pembayaran telah dibuat di pihak TheCottonAddict, kami akan menghantar pesanan anda menerusi Pos Laju dalam masa 1-2 hari bekerja dan anda akan menerima resit pembelian dan no rujukan Pos Laju untuk simpanan anda


Syarat dan Terma
1)Berdasarkan pepatah siapa cepat dia dapat. Hanya pembeli yang betul-betul berminat sahaja yang akan dilayan

2)Invois pembelian, cara pembayaran dan resit pembelian hanya akan dihantar menerusi emel. Sebarang penarikan diri selepas invois pembelian dikeluarkan oleh pihak kami, anda akan disenarai hitamkan untuk urusniaga yang akan datang

3)Harga jualan kami di TheCottonAddict adalah sangat berpatutan. Oleh itu, sebarang tawar menawar tidak akan dilayan

4)Semua harga yang tertera adalah tidak termasuk kos penghantaran melalui Pos Laju. Semua kos ini perlu ditanggung oleh pembeli
 - Untuk Semenanjung Malaysia, sebanyak RM6 akan dikenakan untuk item pertama, dan untuk item seterusnya RM2 akan dicaj untuk setiap satu bagi parcel yang sama
- Untuk Sabah & Sarawak, sebanyak RM8 akan dikenakan untuk item pertama, dan untuk  item seterusnya RM4 akan dicaj untuk setiap satu bagi parcel yang sama
- Untuk lokasi yang lain, seperti Singapura, Brunei dan sebagainya, kos penghantaran adalah berdasarkan saiz dan berat pembelian

5)Segala pembelian anda adalah muktamad. Sebarang penukaran, pemulangan barangan pembelian mahupun pemulangan wang TIDAK akan dilayan sama sekali

6)Warna fabrik bermungkinan akan berlainan sedikit akibat penggunaan flash ataupun disebabkan oleh paparan skrin. Namun, pihak kami sentiasa memastikan agar warna asal fabrik dan foto di blog adalah hampir sama

7)Penghantaran adalah melalui Pos Laju ataupun COD di lokasi-lokasi tertentu di mana TheCottonAddict berada ketika itu

8)Tempahan (Booking/Reservation) kain hanya akan diterima pihak kami, dengan deposit sebanyak RM20 setiap satu. Tempoh yang dibenarkan ialah selama 2 hari sahaja. Sekiranya melebihi 2 hari, item itu akan dijual kepada pelanggan kami yang seterusnya. Dan ingin dimaklumkan di sini, seandainya proses jual beli tidak berlaku, deposit tidak akan dipulangkan

9)Sekiranya anda ada sebarang kemusykilan atau pertanyaan, sila emelkan kepada kami di thecottonaddict@gmail.com

How to Order, Terms and Conditions

How to Order
1)Choose the item(s) that you would like/wish to purchase

2)Then, please send an email to thecottonaddict@gmail.com

3)However, before you send the email to us, please ensure that you've stated the below items in the email
 
a. Item Code (example: TCA#1 - EC01)
b. Full Name
c. Delivery Address
d. HP No  
e. If you choose COD (Cash on Delivery) method, a minimum deposit amount of RM20 is required for each item and please take note that the deposit is not refundable. This is to avoid back-outs by irresponsible customers.  COD location is depending on  where TheCottonAddict team  is located at that point of time 

4)Right after we've received your order via email, we will send you an invoice within 24 hours (order item is subject to stock availability)

5)Once you've received the invoice from us, please make the payment to our CIMB or Maybank account within 24 hours. If we do not receive any payment  after this period, we assume that you are no longer interested to make the purchase with us

6)Please send the proof of payment to our email at thecottonaddict@gmail.com for our verification purposes

7)After we've done the verification at our end, we will deliver your order via Pos Laju between 1-2 working days and you will receive a receipt as well as Pos Laju reference no for your safekeeping


Terms & Conditions
1)Based on first come first serve basis and Serious Buyers only

2)Invoice, payment method and receipt  will be issued via email only. Any back-outs after the invoice being issued by us, you will be blacklisted for any future deals

3)Our prices is very reasonable and affordable. Strictly no further bargains is allowed

4)All stated prices in the blog DOES NOT include postage fees by Pos Laju, All this cost must be bear by the customers unless stated otherwise
- For Peninsular Malaysia, RM6 is chargeable for the 1st item,  and RM2 is applicable for each item in the same parcel
- For Sabah & Sarawak, RM8 is chargeable for the 1st item, and RM4 is applicable for each item in the same parcel
- For other location such as Singapore, Brunei and etc, the delivery cost is based on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased

5)All purchase(s) made by our customers are FINAL. Items SOLD is NOT exchangeable, refundable, or returnable

6)Colors of the fabric may varies from the actual item due to lighting, flash, or screen display. However, the team will ensure that there's only minimal difference between the original fabric color and the photo

7)The delivery is only via Pos Laju or COD at certain location where TheCottonAddict team is

8)Reservation or booking is allowed with a deposit of RM20 each for 2 days only. Thereafter, it shall be released to next customer in queue, and the deposit placement will be burnt
